Rewrite quick start with Java 11 and without 150G

Following the tips from the contributing and development setup instructions, as well as the developers' feedback on Matrix, I updated the Quick Start Guide article. The commands are based on creating a merge request last month and fixing its mistakes. Still, somebody should test them from scratch on a new app.
