stop deleting unsigned/ from the webserver, and allow overwriting of wiki/

Hans-Christoph Steiner requested to merge eighthave/fdroid-website:stop-quashing-unsigned into master

fdroidserver!864 (merged) should have enabled the unsigned/ dir to be synced from the BUILD server (which runs update and deploy) as part of fdroid deploy, but it didn't seem to take effect. I recently noticed that the rsync to deploy the website updates was quashing unsigned/ This stops that.
