update wiki stuff in .htaccess, the wiki is going away

Hans-Christoph Steiner requested to merge eighthave/fdroid-website:redirect-wiki-pages into master

This sets up redirects for any URL in the old wiki that might have been commonly used or linked to. It also enables compressing HTML pages, since there are no longer any security concerns there.
