move incomplete languages to Weblate: bn eo kab nl

Hans-Christoph Steiner requested to merge eighthave/fdroid-website:language-purge into master

This is necessary to avoid merge conflicts on languages that are not included in f-droid.org. This makes the translation process a lot easier to manage. The process is first to delete the files from git, then import them into Weblate. That preserves the existing translations.
