Try to fix html-list rendering

https://f-droid.org/docs/Signing_Process/ does not correctly display the list. Although the Markdown renders valid in the GitLab Markdown preview, I changed it to be similar to https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroid-website/-/blob/master/docs/FAQ-_General.md, which renders correctly.
