enable new official languages: fa he it ko pt_BR ru

Hans-Christoph Steiner requested to merge eighthave/fdroid-website:add-languages-fa-he-it-pt_BR-ru into master

Based on completeness and that each language has 10s of millions of native speakers, except Hebrew. I added Hebrew to help test the new Right-to-Left support, since Arabic is not quite ready yet.

I checked in with @CiaranG and he said the current setup can handle it.
