add rudimentary display of Anti-Features
This is a very quick addition to show the Anti-Features tags in the versions list on the package details packages for all packages that have Anti-Features. This is just a skeleton of what needs to happen to actually complete #158.
What is missing is an array of human readable sentences describing the anti-feature, then the a lookup in that array using the AntiFeatures tag.
