Communicate that "org.fdroid.fdroid.privileged.ota" is NOT needed for Android 12+

The challenge is that the present documentation page risk to mislead newcomers end-users into installing "org.fdroid.fdroid.privileged.ota" on Android 12, 13, 14, or more recent. Both wasting their valuable time and having an unpleasant experience.

To resolve this challenge above I suggest communicating to newcomer end-users that "org.fdroid.fdroid.privileged.ota" is both NOT needed for Android 12 or more recent.

Add text formatting and bullet list

To facilitate reading for newcomers, add table of content, text formatting, bullet list, links. Which clearly identify the options to choose from to install F-Droid. No change to the content. Except added that "org.fdroid.fdroid.privileged.ota" is NOT needed Android 12+.
