Remove easily misunderstood sentence from inclusion policy
I was quite confused when I read the following part of the inclusion policy (emphasis added):
The source code for the application must be maintained in a publicly accessible Version Control System which we have support for (git, hg, svn, bzr), and the source code needs to be maintained in an up to date state.
Clearly, there's a bunch of apps in the main repository whose source code is not maintained in an up to data state.
So, I thought, this should be removed.
It seems, @Poussinou felt the same way six years ago: fdroiddata#1216 (comment 75009777)
Having read the answer by @relan, I am now in favour of removing this line for another reason: its misleadingness and lack of informative value.
