Improve #289 - Don’t show reproducible builds as being signed by F-Droid

It creates a new translation that doesn’t mention the signature part, so that we don’t show the wrong information to the user if we’re currently unable to distinguish them or provide a way to do it in the short term.

The translations with the signature detail was preserved so that when fdroidserver#178 is solved, we can easily bring it back.

I also added most of the latin/cyrillic translations based on the existing strings so that there is only a limited need for new translations.
