fix quote handling in get-permissions-scripts-from-android.py
Following up on !1015 (comment 1602230812) there are broken entries in strings.json:
"permdesc_foregroundServiceCamera": "Allows the app to make use of foreground services with the type \\\"camera\\",I think this fixes it.
