Help

I'm totally lost and confused. I'm having a problem with an app I downloaded from your site. I've searched everywhere in that app for some clue as how I could solve this problem, but was unsuccessful. Being that I downloaded it from your site, I thought you could point me in the right direction. The app is New Pipe, the YouTube downloader. My problem is after successfully downloading one or two selections, I get a message saying something about there being no file or permission to files. Please forgive my vague recollection of what messages popped up after this or that happened, it's so far over my head, I actually get a headache trying to understand. Please let me know if theirs any hope at resolving my issue.
