Metadata not refreshed for the Fairphone 2 Launcher

Bad title (issue solved in androguard) and old description in the production website and in the staging one too. Changelog is refreshed correctly, though. It's working as expected on the F-Droid Android client.

Opening this after two releases (2.1.0 and 2.2.0) with metadata files included in the source.

To us (@Rudloff, @z3ntu and myself) it seems like the metadata is not correctly refreshed in the website between app/index updates.
