The page works not with touch devices. I've reproduced that issue by enabling touch simulation on Firefox. Then i've added the viewport tag @KrasnayaPloshchad metioned and that works.
The same tag is also set on the fdroid/fdroid-website: https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroid-website/-/blob/master/_includes/head.html#L4
