🔢 add line numbers (+line-breaks) to log pages

This change adds non-selectable/copyable line numbers in front of each line of our build logs. It reduces the font size a littl bit. It also adds line-breaks instead horizontal scrolling.

This also adds support for linking to line numbers using url fragments. Here's an example here's how you'd link to line 123 in tusky 108: https://montior.f-droid.org/builds/log/com.keylesspalace.tusky/108#L123
