Draft: Contributors page

(no need for reviews yet, this is way to rough)

This adds some new features

• queries for fetching all fdroid contributors from all of fdroids projects on gitlab.
• background tasks for periodically fetching data from the web and archiving it as json files

This is pretty messy and needs some cleaning up and beautifying before it can get merged.
