Better definition of lazy consensus
I stumbled upon different definitions of consensus in https://gitlab.com/fdroid/admin/-/issues/457#note_1727422028. To prevent similar situations in future discussions I would like to have a clear definition on which consensus decision-making process we use.
Different consensus I've heard of:
- Konsensprinzip (in German): a vote where nobody votes against
- consensus (decision-making): a vote which requires a majority (greater 50%) / super majority (more than 50%, with different thresholds)
- IETF's "rough consensus": rather a more general sense of agreement
Hans assumed we're working with IETF's rough consensus, do the other contributors assume the same?
