[table-extra] Use standard boshiamy characters

I have updated the characters and codes to match that of the official website. No more, no less.

Many characters, components, and radicals are missing from the current file. I have also changed the default configuration to turn "AdjustOrder" off, as having it on breaks how Boshiamy works, as well as the VRSF codes.
