Tests ipfs log and ipfs pubsub room

Includes tests for both ipfs-log and ipfs-pubsub-room :

-ipfs-log 2 tests (2 peers talking to each other with and without keys) and One Client/Relayer package to communicate through sockets

-ipfs-pubsub-room 1 test to simulate a client for a p2p ipfs based room chat
