Description of Refactor

This refactor:

1. Improves the helperBar component code.
2. Updates the helperBar copy
3. Updates the modal copy.

The code (css) was updated to make the helperBar simpler and more resilient.

The copy was made more succinct.

Also set a ternary operator on our ButtonPrimary color style depending on if the active flag is triggered.
