Description of Refactor

This updates the header design to reflect the designs in Figma.

Related Tasks

Set a flag tied to the active network. If mainnet = hide address & network from header. Else: display them!
Come to consensus on where we will display the address, and network to the user (along with any other relevant information you all feel is necessary).
