Remove "View" button from Meeting Point section and make it a clickable link

Description of Feature

This removes the View button for meeting points, and makes it a clickable link.

Motivation and Context

Hyperlinks should be clickable! It's the standard behavior for em :P. This was mostly just a small MR to start cleaning up some of the issue backlog (and to get me back into the vibe of submitting small MRs).

@alexsingh totally chill if it's not fitting in to the overall plan here. If you disagree feel free to just close this, we don't have to debate on it.
