Description of Feature

  • owner of minter can specify default beneficiary (DB)
  • users can specify a beneficiary (UB)
  • if user has not specified a UB 10% of all minted tokens go to the DB
  • if no DB specified, all funds go to the user

Motivation and Context

fund a foundation, where users will eventually vote/participate on how to move forward the ecosystem.
