Ipfs description for concepts

Description of Feature

Concept 'data' now needs to be an ipfs hash pointing to a ipfs file that is stringified JSON: {name,description,learnMore}

Also I had to redeploy contract on rinkeby so don't forget to load rinkeby contracts

With the new design, we need more data fields for concepts
