Docs: OCI image registries and tags

Changes:

  • modified the docker instructions to clarify that building the container manually is not required.
  • added image tagged as next to the list of options.
  • added recommendation for the GitLab registry over Docker Hub (requested by @jfowl as part of the review).
  • replaced the prefilled name of the docker image in command examples with <link> to reflect change 3 and make it clear that users can use their registry and image of choice.
  • I agree to release my code and all other changes of this MR under the Apache-2.0 license
