Update to fameprotobuf 2.0

Update to fameprotobuf 2.0. Then address breaking changes:

• Remove OutputParam from GeneralProperties
• Write TimeSeries in compressed format without Rows
• Throw error if model data is not in schema
• Write StringSetDao to protobuf
• Change the fameprotobuf file header??
