Add SSL certificate check for Pages custom domain

According to the related GitLab documentation the renewal of the SSL certificate of a website deployed with GitLab Pages should happen automatically. For some reason this didn't seem to happen last month or so ("expired 24 days ago", was the certificate error today).

As adding a Pipeline schedule didn't help, I asked on the forum. In the meantime, the check from this MR could notify you (by email) when configured to run, say, on a daily basis.
