busco error 'Cannot write to Augustus species folder'
I am trying to run busco with Augustus through a singularity (code shown below) and keep running into the error 'Cannot write to Augustus species folder, please make sure you have write permissions to /usr/local/config/species.' However, I do have write access to the folder in which the config file is located, and I have specified the environment variables (as seen below). Any idea what may be going on? I assume there is still an issue with the way the environment is set-up, but can not figure out how to modify it appropriately. Thank you!
Code:
cd /my_path/busco
export AUGUSTUS_BIN_PATH=/usr/local/bin export AUGUSTUS_SCRIPTS_PATH=/usr/local/bin export AUGUSTUS_CONFIG_PATH=/my_path/busco/Augustus/config
singularity run -B /my_path/busco busco_v5.2.2_cv1.sif busco -i /my_path/busco/assembly.fasta -o A.sierrensis.Combine.busco -m genome -l arthropoda_odb10 -f --augustus --augustus_species Anopheles_gambiae
