[Suggestion] Allow the analysis of multiple genomes in a single execution
I've been using BUSCO to analyze the quality of metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) and I'm very satisfied with it's performance. However, one thing that hinders the usage of BUSCO for assessing MAG quality is that it only processes a single genome per execution, whereas CheckM can be inputted with thousands of genomes.
Even though executing BUSCO is much less demanding than CheckM, it is unpractical to use it to asses the quality of more than a few genomes. An option allowing the input of multiple FASTA files would be really useful for metagenomics-centric projects.
