Add get-browser-binary testpages images for Node 18

This is an upgrade the the previous get-browser-binary testpages image which only supported Node 16. Node 16 is approaching end of life, and Node 18 is the current LTS version.

These images are just a copy of the Node 16 images with the Node version changed to 18.

I'm not sure who exactly is using this, but it seems reasonable to do it together with the base get-browser-binary Node 18 image.
