Noissue: Gradient used instead of empty white png for adaptive icon

A launcher adaptive icon has two components: background and foreground. For the background, an empty white png was used. This commit replaces it with a white color right in the XML.

This MR adds same logic as in !122 (merged) but for crystal and adblock flavors
