Noissue: Remove privacy policy screen from onboarding

This is in a context of a message from Joel:

after another round with Cornelius, it looks like it is no longer necessary to display the link to the privacy policies as part of the onboarding. So we should remove that screen again. Let me know if you need me to create a dedicated ticket about this.
