Issue 5499 - Fix the WebRTC test page

A working version of the WebRTC test page.

Manual testing: Works as expected. It works in Chrome/FF for example, but not currently in Edge (as expected).

Automation: Appears to work as expected, but only in Chrome (Latest).

Sidenote: I reset the line endings on the test page to Unix. I have my git/hg line ending flags set up correctly now, but did not before, when these pages were created. Not sure if you actually want me to do this? (For new pages, I ensure I have everything set to Unix already).
