Settings page: Update title of "CUSTOMIZE ON-PAGE ACTIONS"

Background

The "CUSTOMIZE ON-PAGE ACTIONS" within the Advanced tab now includes the following options persistently:

  • Show 'Block element' right-click menu item
  • Show 'Adblock Plus' panel in developer tools
  • Show useful notifications

With the introduction of Show useful notifications shown persistently, the section title does not make as much sense.

There is also now the plan to move the option to hide/show the ad counter on the taskbar icon (Show number in icon) into this section https://gitlab.com/eyeo/adblockplus/adblockplusui/issues/98

Goal

Create a section title that makes sense for the following feature options:

  • Show 'Block element' right-click menu item
  • Show 'Adblock Plus' panel in developer tools
  • Show useful notifications
  • Show number in the icon

What to change

Update the section title from CUSTOMIZE ON-PAGE ACTIONS to CUSTOMIZATIONS as specified in https://gitlab.com/eyeo/specs/spec/merge_requests/159.
