WIP: 142 buildlist migration

This triggers a downstream pipeline which fetches the currently available builds and source archives and makes them available for future ordinary build list generations (see https://gitlab.com/triluc/abpchrome_buildlist_generator. UNREVIEWED! - In case that generator is not desirable, we could also just generate the migrations files locally)
