Noissue - get expected screenshots from url parameter
https://gitlab.com/eyeo/adblockplus/testpages.adblockplus.org/-/issues/18 introduced a way to see expected screenshots directly on testpages. adblockpluschrome could use that functionality to simplify how expected screenshots are obtained.
Note that this change moves the responsibility of being able to see the expected screenshots from adblockpluschrome to testpages.adblockplus.org
