Don't restrict gitee.com and gitee.io for subscribe links

Background

See #263 (closed), only certain domains can use the ABP subscribe to a filter list feature.

What to change

We got a request to add gitee.com to the trusted domains list (FDA-1918). It seems to be a Chinese version of GitHub. The author of EasyList China is using it and also using the subscribe feature there. There might be more filter lists there using it as we found some more filter lists on Gitee. It should be safe to add gitee.com and gitee.io.
