Restrict websites that can use subscribe links

Do not respond to subscribe links in documents from domains other than those listed below and their subdomains:

• adblock.ee
• adblock.gardar.net
• adblockplus.me
• adblockplus.org
• easylist.to
• eyeo.com
• fanboy.co.nz
• filterlists.com
• forums.lanik.us
• github.com
• gitlab.com
• gurud.ee
• i-dont-care-about-cookies.eu
• spam404.com
• stanev.org
• void.gr
• xfiles.noads.it
• zoso.ro

The source of the filter list added through the subscribe link is not subject to any new restrictions.

When following a subscribe link in a document from other domains the behavior will be the same as when Adblock Plus is not installed.
