Fixes #304 (closed) - Modify scripts to use ids instead of urls to allow for mapping between subscriptions and rulesets Move the scripts (related to adblockpluscore!661 (merged)). Move the according tests. Adapt from CommonJS to ESM. Add deps. Stop choosing default rulesets (up to the integrator), according tests removed/disabled.
