Fixes #165 - Doc domain on mainframe

This contains:

• changes to set the docDomain property on events dispatched through the onBlockableItem dispatcher to null.
• changes to how frames work which should solve the lagging behind issue (still to be properly tested)

Various relevant tests have been updated. A new test has been added to simulate navigating to a new url.
