Noissue - Added Finnish language code to Nordic Filters

«Adblock List for Finland» was merged into the ABP version of Nordic Filters last week, and the Finnish list's upstream maintainer requested that I should add the Finnish language tag to the list, for the sake of ABP's extension settings' list menu.
