Something like Tailscale but using Veilid

Wireshark dissector for the Veilid protocol, in pure Lua. Decodes UDP, TCP and WebSocket transports with fragment reassembly, ENV0 envelopes and RCP0 receipts, per-peer statistics, and optional envelope-body decryption.
