votingLNC tool is an R package based on the majority voting principle which was used to identify lncRNA transcripts in LncPlankton V1.0 database.The package contains a set of R functions to reliably predict lncRNAs using a combination of ten coding potential preiction tools.

A Shiny application able to predict the lncRNA content of 414 plankton species using multiple tools. A majoirty voting-based procedure was also included.
