Wavelets on graphs

MultiscaleGraphSignalTransforms.jl is a collection of tools for graph signal processing including HGLET, GHWT, and eGHWT. Some of them were originally written in MATLAB by Jeff Irion, but we added more functionalities, e.g., eGHWT, NGWP, etc.
