Fixed link to weekly meeting notes
Overview
The link to the meeting agenda and notes in the README.md file currently points at the CodiMD SandStorm instance. A while ago we started moving the notes to the GitLab wiki after every meeting.
This change adds a new link that points to the meeting notes on the wiki.
How to Test
Check the links look right and go to the right places.
