Continuous deployment to new Jetstream environment

Chris Martin requested to merge cmart/exosphere:jetstream-continuous-deployment into master

Fixes #432 (closed). I've already deployed to this environment using the dev branch; this MR will ensure we deploy to Jetstream environment on changes to master.

How to Test

Merge it and watch the pipeline go brrr. Here you can see a completed pipeline on the dev branch.
