Problem: Dashboard term overloaded

I'm concerned that if we just call it "Dashboard" then people will get it confused with parts of Exosphere -- thinking the "Dashboard" is some home screen of Exosphere rather than something specific to each instance. How about we call it "Server Dashboard"?
Solution: Changed 'Dashboard' to 'Server Dashboard'
Also found a couple of missed 'cockpit' strings and changed those to 'Server Dashboard'.
Removed some text which mentions that these will pop out into separate windows - because soon they will be tabs.
Also removed text about logging in with chosen password, because we now have passwordless login by default.
