POSE 3.3: Chatwoot or Chatterbox Integration
The proposal says:
The first line of user support is often help-desk staff at clouds who offer Exosphere. To help these staff deliver support at greater scale, we will implement an in-app support mechanism leveraging the open-source project Chatwoot [53]. Answers to common questions will form the basis of a knowledge base which can be shared between institutions who support Exosphere for their users.
