AFKing System
Implemented at the Rusty Pick Inn (Hurnscald) and Red Plush Inn (Artis).
By default, you'll only gain 1 xp and 1 jxp every 3 seconds AFK'ed. If you drink beer/wine/etc. you'll become confused/drunk. While drunk, you'll gain +1 xp, and the experience gained will scale based on nº of players around you (they can be sober). However, you'll be tipsy and walking will be... Funny.
Confusion/Drunk is dispelled when you die or logout. Beer lasts 15 min, Wine lasts 30 min.
MAX_IDLE is using the same variable form as Moubootaur Legends, It can be set to a constant if needed.
Wandering storytellers not yet implemented, I believe @toams will use Kfahr and Janus to do that later™
Explanation and introduction of the feature are poorly done, it is vaguely described in notes but accurate details are nowhere.
