Rebalance

Jesusaves requested to merge jesusalva/evolsrc:jesusalva/redesign into master

This is my first attempt at rebalancing the game (monster and item wise), and I am NOT satisfied with it!!

If possible please test the generalization formulas first. Once the general formula is good, then we're safe to tweak each monster to its individualities (eg. Blobs are modly, so they should be stronger vs arrows; Crocs and Trees are hard, so they deserve more HP and defense, Mana Ghosts are ghosts so they deserve more MDEF, etc)

BE CAREFUL The formula I've used relies on BOSS attribute + Level. It uses the same theory as RO, where you are the same level as the monster when fighting it. I do not responsabilize for these fields being incorrectly filled out.


Relates to evol-all#66 but does not resolve.
